This course will provide health practitioners with the basic understanding of postural assessment and therapy. The major joints of the body comprise a powerful system of support structures- when they are in balance, the person has both strength and flexibility without pain, when the joints are not in balance, even small motions can cause problems. In Posture Therapy, we seek to provide patients with empowering tools that get their bodies back in motion using their structure as it was designed.
